My favorite climbing tree was in the back yard of my friend Cindy Phillip's house. We would climb the tree after school and have a snack. Life was good.
There are so many things about childhood that are wonderful and climbing trees is one of them! Your drawing makes it look like an adventure into another land - all you see are branches and sky. I like her expression and the texture of the tree.

Oh, beautiful! I love how you've only colored in the sky. Lovely lines, and the way the tree branches are textured makes me think of cherry trees.
There's just something about being up in a tree that's magic!
