Aw. My daughter would come home crying about the girls in her daycare being mean to her. It made me cry to see her like that. I asked her teacher and she confirmed that there were some really mean girls and they were trying to control it. Great emotion in your drawing. Love it.
The emotion of this piece is so strong! She looks incredibly alone and forlorn... having her in the foreground accentuates how huge detachment can feel to a child. Well done!
I love your drawing style. I was in a small class,nearly all boys and very hard-going; often felt totally alone but oddly enough this was good training! Powerful drawing.
