this is wonderful... i am not an artist,, but i am wondering if the emphasis is taken off the window by coloring the models lips and eyes... i cannot help but want to see the fore ground in stark black and white and then the luxurious autum colors really shining thru in the window.....
I was a little worried about the color on the lips, but I had already put color on them before I did the window. I put orange over the red on her lips to tone it down and blue on her eyes to go with the sky.
I wanted to paint on glass but my schedule won't allow me to get that creative. So I tried to put my focus on the glass window.

the way you composed this image really invites a user to go into the painting..and look out the window.
