When you don't know what to draw, illustrate a family member. This is my little sister who did the black and white photo challenge.
It was fun creating.

Illustrations for a Friend
My coworker/friend and I were talking about planner stickers. I told her that I would make her some.
I am a novice to making stickers, so I picked a few items she might like. I know she loves Dunkin' Donuts coffee. She has a youtube channel called Living Life with Lon
I also did an illustration of her.

Bike Love
Growing up having a bike was everything. My bike was blue with a sparkingly white seat.
One year my bike was stolen because I failed to put it back in the basement at the end of the day. I came home and left it in the backyard.
Looking down from my bedroom window I cried and cried, why didn't I listen to my parents. When my friends came to get me after school I couldn't go. No riding to the park or library. No riding down steep hills, no discovering new neighborhoods. I thought if I stared enough at the place where I left it, it would reappear.
My dad came to my rescue after letting me suffer for a while. We went to Two Guys, a department store in New Jersey. Not only did I get a new bike but so did my sisters. I picked out a 3-speed gold bike with a gold sparkling seat. It was the best day ever. I made sure to always put my bike away at the end of the day.
Remembering that story brings back such a precious time, as children we were free to ride and explore.
