When I was growing up converse sneakers were the top of the line sneakers. Everyone wanted to have a pair. It's amazing how yesterday's fad is still current today.

Another sketch for my Chuck Taylor Converse Collection. Hopefully I'll get to add color to them next week since I will be off work, but with us going out of town Wednesday I'll only have 2 days. Thursday morning my husband and I will be running in the ATL Half-Marathon and after that I will probably just relax.

AEDM - Work in Progress

So here is my work in progress. I want to do a collection of converse sneakers. Too busy to finish anything today. We had to go to IB Open House. My youngest daughter will be entering High School next year and I feel like we are sending her to college. Schools are testing for entrance in 2011. I miss the simple days when everyone went to the same High School.

I love my Converse All Stars. For a long time I admired them on everyone else. My teen thought I was just trying to be young, but I had to explain to her that these were out when l was young. So who cares what young people think I purchased 2 pair.
