Playing with Paper 53: In the Clinic

Waiting to see Principal
I really prefer to draw on paper, but it is always good to learn new things. I really want to get better using my iPad, Paper 53 and pencil. I did some quick in the clinic portraits (no face detail) then I tried to do some student portraits with facial detail.

AEDM: Day 7,8, and 9 Almost

Still playing catch up. I'm almost there. Day 7 -So I took a throw away painting and tried to make something of it. I crop it to try to make the final painting look interesting.  Day 8- I did some student portraits. Day 9- I was finished preparing for my immunization audit at work and I made my tree. I love to look at it from my desk.

Art Every Day Month: Faces of RLA - Day 5

This year the school where I work had a name change we are no longer a Middle School, but a Leadership Academy. We have more students, so I really don't get those moments of free time to draw faces. So I made myself sit down in my new studio/office and started drawing. How I miss drawing. I've also missed participating in Creative Everyday. Since I missed the first four days I am posting more than one illustration.

Faces of RMS - more portraits

The end of the school year is almost here. I have had several students request a portrait. I am attempting to keep my motto and draw something everyday. These portraits keep me in practice. However  I need to get back to painting.
