Saturday Doodles

I was hoping to do some serious drawing, but I ended up with these two doodles. The red illustration is from some fabric markers I wanted to try on paper. They were free and I wasn't planning on doing anything with fabric.
The girl with the yellow background is me practicing on the Artrage app. My paper 53 pen stop working with the app, so I was trying a different drawing one.

Daily Face: June 20th

Three days in a row. I'm setting a trend, lol! Take nothing for granted. In the words of Marcus Aurelis: Perform every act in life as though it were your last. (excerpt from the book Live Good)

Journal Page: April 2018 "A Sunday"

I really like this illustration I did in my April Sunday Journal entry. I hope to go back and tweak it in photoshop.
I still draw just finding the time to edit and post is the hard part for me.

It takes a real focused effort in order to direct your goals and dreams. Life can become so demanding that you put some things on the back burner waiting for one day, but that day will not come if you don't carve out daily time.
Make it happen!

Daily Face: June 18th

It's been a while. Since my last post. I am amazed how time goes by so quickly. I must find time for myself and the things I love to do. Here is my calendar drawing for the day.

Simple doodle May 9th

I started off my work day working, so I did not have time to keep my routine of drawing on my calendar today.
This little doodle was for a young friend I was giving an sketchbook to as a gift. I couldn't resist putting a doodle on the inscription page.

Daily Face: May 8th

I had to push myself to edit drawing and post. It's not the best, but I'm posting. If you would like to see the unedited version, visit my Instagram Fourborne.

Daily Face: May 7th

Daily Calendar drawing, I really want to get back into the swing of drawing daily and posting. If I miss a day on my blog, you can visit my instagram page. I usually just post unedited illustrations.
Since I changed jobs two years ago I have less time. Working parttime for the school district was a luxury, summer and holiday breaks. But I am very thankful for where I am working in the hospital.
