I still write and draw in my journal. This page is from today. On Sunday I takes notes from Sermon. On the left page 3rd column, I write a journal entry (blurred - for my eyes only). In the second column, I have my "What to Wear" entry. The right page has a face illustration, and I draw what I was wearing. You can only see the top portion. The face is not me, just practice.
I need better lighting to take pictures.

Daily Face: Catch up
I'm trying to play catch up and just post illustrations. Everything is out of order, but I'm okay with that.

Daily Face: May 2 Never give up, never surrender.
It's been awhile since I lasted posted, but I am determined to keep it going. I've been drawing a daily face, I just run out of time when I get home and I don't get to post it.
I sometimes post on Instagram, but I can't tweak illustrations to fix my errors.

Heal Your Pain Now: The Revolutionary Program to Reset Your Brain and Body for a Pain-Free Life by Joe TattaMy rating: 3 of 5 stars
Our diet and exercise play a huge role in curing our physical pain or injury of disease. The only thing that was not completely clear to me in this book was the idea of resetting your brain. It did not really cover how you are supposed to reset your brain other than changing your diet and exercising.
